Kendell Foster

... is an audio-visual technician, film festival pre-selector and former musician working in theatre.

He comes from a background of making art/music in teams and enjoys being in a rehearsal room with other musicians, instruments-in-hands and jamming; communicating non-verbally and moving together to create something new. Sometimes the creative dance is as graceful and as fluid as a school of tuna, seamlessly shifting formations in order to shield themselves from a predator. Other times, the ideas co-exist but repel each other like two similarly polarised magnets.

A great game of ROOM gives him the same feeling as jamming - everyone involved is sympathetically vibrating or resonating at coherent frequencies as worlds are built in a collective dessert; adding as much or little needed to enrich the story.
